Welcome to Learn With A.C. Reyes. By using this website or booking lessons through this service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

🌿 Educational Services

Learn With A.C. Reyes provides online educational support services including English language support, reading and writing assistance, creative writing guidance, resume and cover letter support, and related educational services.

Lessons are intended to provide educational support and encouragement in a calm and respectful learning environment.

🍵 Booking & Payments

All lessons must be booked in advance based on availability.

Payments are invoiced securely through PayPal using the e-mail address provided during booking.

Payment must be completed at least 12 hours before the scheduled lesson time unless otherwise arranged.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the scheduled session.

🌱 Cancellations & Rescheduling

Students may request cancellations or rescheduling through the provided contact methods.

Cancellations made with reasonable advance notice are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling option.

Cancellations made without notice or with very short notice may receive a 50% refund.

Rescheduling requests are approached with flexibility and communication whenever possible.

🍃 Group Classes

Group classes require a minimum of two enrolled students to proceed.

Group sessions are confirmed three days before the scheduled class date.

If only one student is enrolled at that time, the student may instead be offered a discounted private lesson or rescheduling option.

☕ Student Conduct

All students are expected to communicate respectfully during lessons and interactions.

Harassment, abusive behavior, discrimination, inappropriate conduct, or repeated disruption may result in lesson termination or refusal of future services.

Learn With A.C. Reyes reserves the right to refuse service when necessary to maintain a safe and respectful learning environment.
